When you enter into coaching your constent is implied. You consent to having your coachin assist you in achieving your defined goals

Entering into coaching with Dana Underwood releases Dana and Avanti Alliance, their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand for right to compensation for damages claimed to have or that may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Dana Underwood and Avanti Alliance LLC as a result of the coaching given by Dana Underwood or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder.
